Since 2001, We are visiting this restaurant from New Orleans. Many times we drive 90 miles just to have a great time and delicious food. Despite my being vegetarian always enjoy many Italian appetizers, soups and entrees. The staff is very friendly and understands customers need. Always provide service with smiles and lots respect towards customers. God bless them.
If you are eating here, ask for Alec. He’s absolutely amazing. His attention to detail is outstanding. I just ate here and overall, this place was solid. The food was really good, probably one of the best Italian spots I’ve been to aside from a place in New Orleans that I can’t recall right now. But what truly stood out was the customer service. They were absolutely amazing. Super courteous, very kind, and quick to attend to everyone, including myself. Everyone was smiling the whole time and the vibe was just positive. No rudeness at all like you sometimes get at other restaurants. They were also very accommodating. Honestly, if you have a bad experience here, you’re probably just a difficult person because this staff is easily some of the best I’ve encountered in town. Now for the food: Fried mozzarella: This was a winner. Imagine a hashbrown-sized, triangle-shaped mozzarella stick. Crispy outside, cheesy and gooey inside. Delicious. Spinach artichoke dip: Creamy, flavorful, and surprisingly good even for someone like me who’s not into balsamic flavors. Glad I tried it. Pepperoni pizza: Fresh mozzarella, solid crust, and great flavor overall. Definitely recommend it. Spaghetti and meatballs: Very flavorful sauce, noodles cooked just right. The meatballs were bigger than I expected, and I usually prefer them firmer, but these were really tender and not dry at all. That’s more of a personal preference because the quality was definitely there. As someone who eats a lot and tries new food often, I was happy to see large portion sizes. Perfect for people like me who can put away a serious amount of food. I would absolutely come back here. Great food, generous servings, and exceptional customer service. Definitely worth checking out.
Visited on a whim. My wife and I visited for special. Immediately greeted by 2 of the best bartender/servers on the coast, Alicia and Nicole. Hard Rock stars from a few years ago. Savannah(i think) was our server, excellent service! Fried mozzarella is amazing, fat slices of mozzarella breaded and fried, marinara compliments and is excellent. Shrimp florentine appetizer delicious, pepperoni pizza better than any pizza place around.
The first time visiting here and I was so excited for choosing this place. The atmosphere is fantastic and they had live music along with Italian feeling. The service was fantastic and my waitress suggested the perfect dish. Definitely will be going back before leaving town.
We stopped in for lunch per a local's recommendation and were very pleased. The restaurant is beautiful and today was still beautifully decorated for Christmas with a tall tree at the entrance. We were seated quickly (no wait at 11:30am on a Monday) but as we were leaving around 12:45-1pm, there was a crowd waiting to be seated. We enjoyed the eggplant fries appetizer. The wasabi aoli that comes with them was not too spicy and had a remoulade flare to it, it was good. We also ordered marinara to go along with the eggplant. It was served chunky style and had a nice flavor. Entrees enjoyed included the eggplant parmesian and gnocchi with a side salad and a cup of soup. The lunch menu is $10 and has quite a selection, the soup and salad were a $4 upcharge but were worth it. We got the honey vinaigrette dressing and it was delicious! Definitely recommend! Everyone at the table loved everything and all agreed we would go back.
I brought my friend there for her birthday. Our waitress, Jade, was awesome! She made it a very special experience. The owner even came by and was so nice. Great food & great staff!
Me and my wife stopped by to try Salute today for the first time. It was the best we have ever had! And our server, Ms. Mourghan was outstanding! She deserves a big raise! 😁 Great restaurant for sure!
I've been trying to make it for lunch and finally had the time. Everything was perfect! It started as soon as you walk in with being greeted, being seated, the servers and the young Man running the food to the tables. They were working him and he was all smiles. I know it may seem silly, but that alone can change the whole experience! The food was absolutely amazing as well!
upscale Italian food. We had chicken marsala veal parm the house chicken pasta and a kids pepperoni pizza. They were busy. It took a while to get seated and our waitress was quite absent minded. But the bar seemed lively they were playing trivia. Even our kids enjoyed reading the questions and playing along side of the actual game. We are from our of town but this was amazing food all the way around
The food was fantastic! From the bread to the tiramisu, it was a delight in every bite. The Paneed ravioli were so delicious in the sauce they come in! The Flounder in Shrimp Mediterranean sauce was wonderful as well. I would not recommend the Fantastic cocktail as it is espresso and resembles a chocolate milk in a mug. Save that drink for a desert cap. I had a hard decision between the bananas foster bread pudding and the tiramisu. My waitress Samantha recommended the tiramisu and wow, it was amazing and certainly house made! Loved my experience and I hope to be back.
